Weddings can turn into costly events, especially with the unknown “extras” many venues and caterers add later, so its important to get realistic prices when you’re doing your planning so you know how far your intended budget will go. At Sandhole, we recognise this and believe in being as transparent as possible with our venue and catering pricing, including a lot of these “Extra items” as standard with no additional charges.
The following Catering and Coordination wedding package from Top Table is one of our most popular mid-range Menu choices (Menu prices start from £46.90 per head, example based on Menu 3 @ £53.90 per head). It includes your food, drinks, wedding coordination and lots of the usual “extras” for 60 guests for £4900 +VAT in 2025. You could have just this package, extend it with additional guests or options (additional charges may apply), or put together your own bespoke package from Top Table’s Food and Drinks Menu, the choice is yours!

– Dressing all the tables with your name cards, favours, decorations etc.
– All waiting and bar staff
– Standard linen, which includes white or ivory square tablecloths and plain napkins
– All cutlery, crockery and glassware
– Cake stand and knife
– Table number stands
All this for £4900 +VAT!
